Consulting, design and permitting services for the Hankin Group’s 850 acre mixed-use office, warehouse, retail and residential community in Uwchlan and Upper Uwchlan Townships, Chester County, for the past 20 years. Special services included design and permitting of the Wharton Dam during the early years of infrastructure development.
