Consulting, design and permitting services for the redevelopment of the former Haverford State Hospital Campus (209 acres) located in Haverford Township, Delaware County. Project includes township parks/fields and an environmental center, Athertyn luxury condominiums, and the Haverford Reserve luxury carriage homes. The construction included the demolition and site remediation of the former hospital facilities prior to the mixed-use redevelopment project.
